The programs really depend on what I'm doing. I've been a Photoshop person for a long time, and I still feel most comfortable sketching in it, and there are a few other things I prefer to do in it too, especially my semi-realistic pieces. Line art I do in Sai or sometimes Manga Studio. And for manga-style painting, I've been turning more and more to Sai instead of Photoshop.
