Commission Information

Commissions are OPEN.


Price: $20 for a single character hips up or bust; group shot is hips up, $20 for the first character, $15 for each additional character
What you get: A grayscale (shaded) sketch of a character or characters with no (white) background.  I will also include a pet/sidekick/weapon in hips-up sketches if you wish.  Please note that group shots are different from multiple single character sketches.  There is currently no cap on the number of characters allowed in one piece, but that may change if I find that there are simply too many to fit.  I work on a 8"x10" @ 300 dpi canvas, but keep in mind that it's still a sketch. ^^  I will send you a flattened, full-size TIF.

Price: $25 for line art only, $35 for line art with cel shaded color
What you get: A cute giant-headed little critter. >o<  The canvas is actually large considering it's a chibi, 4"x5" @ 300 dpi, so whatever fits, goes.  This is for a single character, although accessories and pets are allowed.  Also, even though it's a large canvas, I do use a thicker pen to ink with than normal, since chibis should still look good when they're tiny, so space is still limited. ^^  I will send you a full-size PNG with a transparent background.

I also do portraits/busts, illustrations, concept art, etc., but the prices for those vary a lot so I'm not going to put up specific numbers at this time.  (Basically, they're more expensive than the above.)  If you would like something other than a sketch or a chibi, send me a note and I'll discuss it with you.  And please look through my gallery to see the kinds of things I draw and my styles.  These are what I'm most comfortable with.  I'm willing to try other subjects and styles too, but I can't guarantee the results of those!



PayPal is most convenient for me, but I also accept money orders.  Either way, please be aware that I will not begin your commission until I receive payment.  I'll send you my PayPal or mailing address once I accept your commission.  Prices are in USD, BTW.



Unless we agree to something different, these commissions are for personal use only.  I take commissions for commercial use as well, so if that's what you would like, let me know and we can discuss it.  Generally speaking, I only ask to retain the right to use commissions for display/portfolio and layout purposes.  However, if something turns out really well, I may ask if I have permission to sell it in some form; we'll cross that bridge if it ever comes. ^^



Unless I'm utterly swamped, sketches and chibis should be done within a week of receipt of payment.  Anything else may take longer.  If you have a deadline you want to make, please let me know up front.



So you know what kind of commission you want?  Send a note my way! ^^  I'll need at least a description of the character.  That's sufficient for someone that I'm inventing specifically for the commission, although the more detailed a description you send me, the more likely it will turn out looking like what you had in mind.  Alternatively, you could provide appropriate references, which are always appreciated, especially for OCs and fanart.  If you want a certain pose and/or expression, you should indicate that as well.  If no references or specifics are given, I will not be responsible for any inaccuracies in the resulting picture! >o<
